ByOwner Inc. (BOOL) provides only an advertising service for Property Sellers. We are not brokers or agents nor do we represent the buyer or seller in any respect. ByOwner.com Inc (BOOL) reserves the right to edit any ad to meet size limitations and fair housing regulations. Our liability for errors in ads will be limited to space occupied by that error. I understand that all sales are final. There are NO REFUNDS on the advertising or portion thereof, once I have placed it with ByOwner.com Inc (BOOL), regardless of when I sell my home or cancel the ad. I guarantee credit card payment.
